Position: Registered Practical Nurse for Dialysis Care

This part time position focuses on providing general hemodialysis nursing care to patients with predictable outcomes. You will be responsible for adhering to standards set by the College of Nurses of Ontario while working collaboratively within your team to enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hemodialysis care according to standards

• Monitor and maintain IV access effectively

• Conduct thorough patient assessments

• Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team

• Complete assigned work duties accurately and timely

Requirements:

• Valid RPN certification in Ontario

• Two years of hemodialysis experience required

• Five years of general medicine nursing experience

• Enrollment in Nephrology certification within three years

• Current ACLS certification preferred
