Position: Senior RN Co-Director of Care Role

In this full-time role, you will collaborate with the Director of Care to ensure compliance with healthcare standards while managing vital programs like infection control and quality initiatives. This position involves staff management, community outreach, and mentoring, making it essential for those passionate about healthcare leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct nursing operations and care program implementation

• Evaluate and recruit nursing staff effectively

• Ensure accurate resident assessment data are maintained

• Conduct community outreach and facilitate staff education

• Manage supplies and support volunteers and students

Requirements:

• RN Certification with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• 2 years experience in gerontology within Long Term Care

• Ongoing education commitment required

• Familiarity with computer systems in healthcare

• Leadership potential and strong mentoring skills
