Registered Nurse in Telemetry Unit

Join Headwaters Health Care Centre as a Registered Nurse in the Telemetry Unit. This Full-Time position is perfect for skilled nurses passionate about acute care and patient monitoring.

The Registered Nurse will be pivotal in providing excellent nursing services within the F-Wing department. Candidates should be dedicated to following the College of Nurses of Ontario’s guidelines while ensuring that patients receive the highest standards of care. Experience in monitoring cardiac patients is preferred, along with essential nursing certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in a telemetry setting

• Conduct cardiac rhythm monitoring and interpretation

• Support and educate patients and their families

• Maintain accurate medical documentation and reports

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• BScN desired;
Diploma in Nursing acceptable

• Current certifications in BCLS and ACLS

• Recent experience in telemetry or acute care

• Proven record of strong performance and attendance
