As an Autism Support Assistant, you will play a key role in enhancing the lives of adults over 18 years old. Reporting to the Manager of Services and Supports, your creative problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills will be essential as you implement Personalized Directed Plans. Your focus will be on ensuring each individual has the resources and support needed to thrive in daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute skill-building strategies for clients

• Address behavioral barriers in support plans

• Maintain thorough documentation for compliance

• Support individuals in social and leisure skills

• Ensure the work environment is safe and clean

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Services or equivalent experience

• Prior experience with Autism preferable

• Strong communication skills in English;
French is an asset

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle

• Ability to perform hands-on support duties
