This Dispatcher position requires you to supervise bus routes, assist with driver guidance, and efficiently handle communications. With 3-5 years of experience, you’ll report issues directly and work towards solutions for any operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all bus dispatch and route assignments

• Provide coaching and counseling to drivers and monitors

• Handle significant radio and phone workload promptly

• Take driver complaints and report to contract managers

• Oversee solutions for scheduling and transportation issues

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar dispatch role

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong communication and service skills essential

• Basic knowledge of dispatch equipment necessary

• Proficient with computers and able to work under pressure
