Join Out of the Box Solutions, LLC as a Direct Support Professional, providing person‑centered care for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (/DD).

Hourly Rate: $24.00/hr – $24.00/hr

• Deliver training, support, and assistance to clients in areas of personal care, recreation, daily living skills, social skills, health needs, and behavior management.
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of individualized support plans.
• Accurately complete required documentation: clock in/out, progress notes, communication with families and office staff.
• Ensure clients' health and safety, including prevention of abuse, CPR, first aid, and other needs.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and care team to meet goals.
• Assist with cooking, cleaning, medication, scheduling, medical appointments, shopping, and other daily tasks.
• Support skill development as defined in each client’s service plan.
• Maintain phone and communication records.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of personal support experience (required).
• Valid driver’s license, normal auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification upon hiring.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Ability to work under pressure, respond to emergencies, and maintain confidentiality.
• Must be 18 years or older and literate.
• Competent with smartphone usage.
