We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) who specializes in working with the pediatric population. Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is looking for a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist to join our clinic in Oregon City, Oregon.
JobType
- Full Time – 40 hours per week (Flexible work options available for individuals seeking fewer hours).
- Part Time – Less than 30 hours per week.
- Full Time Salary: $79,191.67 - $ annually (based on experience).
- Part Time Salary: $54.81 - $76.96 per client hour (based on experience).

- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
- State of Oregon Physical Therapy License.
- CPR certification.
- Previous experience working in pediatrics, preferred.
- New graduates with a strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to utilize a play‑based approach.
- Knowledge or ability to learn safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
- Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.
- Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
- Develop/implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
- Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
- Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
- Collaborate with members of the clients care team.
- Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
