Requirements
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Associates degree or experience in related field, preferred
  • Minimum three years experience as a lead Medication Aide or related position
  • Must be able to respect the privacy and confidentiality of residents and have a clear understanding of residents’ rights
  • Must be adept at all skills necessary to provide ADL in service to care staff, including: the ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and the ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach
  • Must have outstanding written and oral skills
  • Must have the ability to provide leadership/instruction in all resident care functions
  • Must possess a working, current knowledge of State ALF/RCF OARs
