• Competitive hourly rates (≈ $130,000 – $180,000 annually) plus monthly bonuses.

• Active Medical License in Oregon and/or Washington.
• Board Certified.
• BLS Certified (ACLS preferred).
• Open to obtaining USCIS (Physician) and DOT certifications (we’ll cover the cost).
• 4+ years of clinical experience preferred; we encourage motivated providers to apply.

• Clinic hours:
  Monday‑Friday 8am‑7pm;
  Saturday‑Sunday 9am‑6pm.
• Full‑time, averaging 36‑40 hours per week.
• Clinic Managers collaborate with providers to develop individualized schedules supporting well‑being and operational efficiency.
