Position Overview

Manager Nursing – Psych Adolescent at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. This is a Full‑time (1.0 FTE), day shift position.

Sign‑on Bonus: $10,000 for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions. Base pay: $64.19 – $101.34 per hour.

• Accountable for the 24/7 operations of the defined unit(s).
• Ensure the quality of care delivered and the outcomes of areas under leadership.
• Create an environment where healing and wellness are optimized and core values are realized for patients and caregivers.
• Lead effective care delivery through strong caregiver engagement, wise use of resources, and compassionate accountability.
• Assemble and develop effective teams of caregivers and lead them in a complex and changing environment.
• Establish and sustain collaborative inter‑professional relationships in support of Providence Health & Services strategic plans.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• At least 5 years of nursing experience, including progressive leadership roles.

• Master's Degree in a related field.
• Formal coursework or training in management, finance, or other administrative subjects.
• National certification from a recognized professional organization in relevant clinical expertise.
• Management experience.
