Overview

We are looking for an Audiologist OR Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team! This is a full time- in office position in Oregon City, OR. Don’t see the location you are looking for? Salary
: $75,000- $100,000 + Uncapped Commission & Relocation (if applicable).

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users of best practices.
  • Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices including but not limited to troubleshooting, conducting repairs to hearing aids, earmolds and cleaning of hearing aids.
  • Achieve practice growth with a strong mindset on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical practice standards.
  • Local community outreach including health fairs and developing physician relationships; represent Hearing Life as an advocate making a life‑changing difference.
  • Counsel patients on the purchase of their hearing aids, devices, and accessories. Maintain a current understanding of third‑party payors and various payment methods in accordance with federal and state laws.
  • Understand and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets working closely with your PCC and Manager to achieve clinic’s financial KPIs.
  • Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care and product portfolio including but not limited to conducting hearing tests and coaching patients on hearing aid devices.
  • Maintain continuing education requirements based on state requirements.
  • Operate audiometric equipment and interpret the results.
  • Communicate test results and propose treatment in a manner easily understood by patients. Communication is key!
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements.
  • 2+ years Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years equivalent in industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.
