Will position float between units:

Is on-call required? Yes when the census is low and not needed in other departments/ministries
Are weekends required? Yes every other weekend

What are expected ratios? 1:1 for patients on multiple drips/vent, 1:2 ICU patients, 1:3 Med Surg overflow
Special requirements:
Traveler must be willing to cross the strike line if the hospital is experiencing a strike.
