Data Analyst

Full-Time Permanent Position (FTE)

Hybrid (Oregon City) – some on-site attendance required, flexible schedule

We are seeking experienced Data Analysts to work cross-functionally on data solutions that improve decision-making and operational efficiency. In this role, you will analyze, visualize, and interpret data to provide actionable insights, help standardize data practices, and support data governance initiatives across the organization.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs, gather requirements, and translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support strategic goals and operational efficiency.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Support data integration and ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Contribute to data governance and standardization efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Document data solutions, business rules, and processes, and provide training or guidance to stakeholders.
• Continuously explore new data sources, tools, and methods to enhance analytics capabilities.

• Proficiency in Power BI (must-have)
• Hands-on experience in SQL.
• Strong understanding of data management, data quality, and data governance practices.
• Experience with data visualization, reporting, and analytics best practices.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial background (accounting, lending, mortgage, etc.)

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and building positive working relationships.
• Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong standards for accuracy and completeness.
• Flexibility to occasionally attend meetings outside standard work hours.
