- Minimum educational requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field - 3 to 5 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
- Proficiency in report writing and SQL
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare industry
- Certifications such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
