Technical Services Rep

Provide support to Operations Manager, oversee project installations, perform service and repair on equipment, transport items that require movement in order to meet company needs.

• Oversee installation of customer’s projects including personnel assigned to the project.
• Inspect finished jobs to assure quality control standards have been met.
• Interact with salesperson, management, and customers on status of customer projects.
• Operate light duty (less than three tons).
• Help load/unload pipe, pumps and equipment for scheduled delivery to customer or another branch.
• Keep accurate written records of all deliveries and pick‑ups, obtain customer signatures as well as pictures needed for invoicing as required by management.
• Maintain all driving records required by management on a timely basis.
• Perform required truck inspections, maintain truck in top operating condition, report any needed maintenance/repair to Operations Manager in writing, keep truck clean.
• Perform maintenance and repair duties on all rental equipment.
• Maintain a safe, neat, and orderly working environment.
• Complete paperwork as assigned.
• Follow company safety rules and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
• Delivery and pick up of rental equipment.

• Education:
  
  High School or GED.
• Experience:
  
  2+ years related experience or training.
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  
  Driver License, Forklift Certification.
