Quality Control Systems Manager

Optimize Technologies designs, manufactures, assembles, and tests precision chromatography components and fluid-path solutions at our headquarters in Oregon City, Oregon. Our team includes engineers, machinists, production specialists, chemists, quality professionals, creatives, and operations staff who work closely across departments to solve technical problems and build reliable products.

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who enjoys solving practical problems and turning engineering ideas into reliable production processes. This position will develop and improve manufacturing methods, support daily production, and help transition new products from design into manufacturing.

Optimize has been designing and manufacturing chromatography products in Oregon since 1985. Engineering, machining, assembly, testing, quality, and shipping are closely connected here, giving employees visibility into how their work affects the final product.
