Job Title

• Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, temporary travel assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to labor and delivery patients in a high-risk, high-census environment
• Maintain independent nursing practice with at least 2 years of experience, or 1–1.5 years if previously worked on a high-risk L&D unit
• Float between units and facilities as needed, with potential assignments to multiple locations including nearby hospitals
• Handle on-call duties and work scheduled weekends every other or every third shift
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during labor, delivery, and postpartum phases

Required Qualifications

• Valid OR nursing license (pending license submission acceptable)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in labor and delivery, or 1–1.5 years in a high-risk/high-volume setting
• Current BLS and NRP certifications
• Ability to operate Epic charting system
• Reliable transportation for travel between multiple facilities
• Must have a vehicle for the assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in short-term acute care facilities with high patient volumes
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system
• Previous experience floating between units and facilities
• Flexibility to work night shifts and holidays as scheduled
