Responsibilities- Prepare food that meets Jersey Mike’s high‑quality standards.
- Maintain a visibly cleaner restaurant than others.
- Work in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment.
- Multitask with a sense of urgency.
- Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
- Understand the importance of accountability and information.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year QSR experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years or older to use the slicer.
- Food Handler certification – Serve Safe required.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Excellent menu and product knowledge with an awesome personality.
- Thrives in a fast‑pace environment.
- Desire to improve self and skill sets.
- Communicates effectively with guests.
- Participates in all training programs.
- Meets schedule requirements and is a reliable performer.
