The Great Greek was founded by two third-generation restauranteurs with more than 30 years in the food and hospitality business. The restaurant offers authentic Mediterranean hospitality in a fast-casual setting.
Responsibilities- Remove food from plates
- Pre-rinse dishes, glasses, and tableware and load them into the dishwasher
- Unload the dishwasher and put items away in the proper areas
- Sweep and mop floors
- Monitor levels of detergent and cleaning supplies
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Participate in team meetings
- Perform other cleaning duties as assigned
- Hard worker with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and bending repeatedly
- Compensation: $16.00 per hour
