Our locally‑owned Sport Clips store in Oregon City is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our fun and family‑oriented team. If you don’t have any management experience, we will train you! As the Assistant Manager, you will work side‑by‑side with the Store Manager to build a team and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results through great customer service and brand delivery.

With our leading training program, you will develop skills to manage your own store and carry these skills with you throughout your career.

• Learn how our store operates behind the scenes and motivate & coach the team to deliver excellent results.
• Provide a championship haircut experience for clients and help leaders reach their highest potential.
• Work with the entire management team to learn store operations, motivation and coaching.
• Earn an hourly wage plus bonuses and tips ($25‑$40 per hour based on personal and store performance).

• Hourly wage + bonuses + tips, $25‑$40 per hour.

• Valid Oregon cosmetology license.
