- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including proposal development and negotiation
- Represent the employer at industry events, conferences, and broker meetings to expand regional presence
- 7–10+ years of sales experience in health insurance or employee benefits with a proven record of exceeding quota
- Strong broker and consultant relationships within the assigned region
- Deep understanding of Level-Funded and/or ICHRA plan designs and alternative funding models
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-growing organization
- Previous experience at a high-growth company
