We’re looking for someone sharp and detail-minded to join our parts team. If you like things organized, don’t miss details, and can juggle calls, quotes, and orders — this could be a great fit.

• Taking inbound calls, emails, and online requests for parts and supplies
• Identifying the right hoses, fittings, and components for each customer’s need
• Entering orders accurately and following up on quotes and shipments
• Assisting walk-in customers (at certain locations) with professionalism and a smile
• Coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries and back-order updates
• Supporting sales and service teams with product availability and pricing

• Are highly detail-oriented and catch mistakes before they happen
• Have experience with parts, hoses, equipment, or mechanical systems(preferred but not required)
• Communicate clearly and follow through on every order
• Are comfortable learning systems like Acumatica or Hub Spot (we’ll train you!)
• Enjoy helping people and solving small daily challenges
