Manager, Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting

• Develop and maintain company accounting policies in compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Support critical accounting areas such as revenue recognition, lease accounting, and stock-based compensation
• Perform technical accounting research and prepare memos for new standards and complex transactions
• Manage the preparation of Form 10-Q's and 10-K filings with the SEC
• Interface with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits

• 5+ years of recent financial reporting experience, including experience in a public company
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
• Active CPA designation or equivalent certification
• Strong technical accounting background with knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations
• Experience with the preparation and filing of SEC-compliant reports

• Combination of private industry and public accounting experience
• Recent experience with reporting systems, preferably Workiva
• Demonstrated experience with managing SOX processes at a public US company
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office or Google Suite tools
