• Lead the application of complex US GAAP standards for a global leader in the industry

• Act as a primary resource for identifying and resolving emerging technical accounting issues across various corporate functions
• Support the application of US GAAP standards, documenting conclusions in detailed technical accounting memorandums
• Manage key aspects of the relationship with external auditors, including audit planning and issue resolution
• Ensure consistency and alignment in accounting practices across all business units
• Lead the Company’s adoption of new accounting standards as they are issued

• 10-12 years of experience in technical accounting
• CPA certification required
• Minimum of 10 years of financial statement audit and reporting experience, including 5 years at a manager level or above
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and extensive audit experience
• Strong ability to lead the implementation and documentation of accounting standards

• Experience with complex judgments and interpretative thinking in accounting
• Familiarity with interactions across corporate departments and senior management
