Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Prepare weekly check runs and electronic payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to payment inquiries.
• Assist with month-end close activities and accounts payable reporting.
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:• 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience processing invoices and managing vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
