Position: Research Ops Coordinator (Contractor)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide a seamless participant experience for user research by refining scheduling processes
  • Coordinate and schedule a high volume of user research participant interviews efficiently
  • Collaborate with researchers to ensure studies remain on track and adhere to timelines
  • Manage multiple scheduling requests and timelines with excellent time management skills
  • Maintain communication with internal teams and external customers to ensure a respectful experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle scheduling and/or coordination experience in a high-volume role
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple requests and timelines effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating kindness and thoughtfulness in interactions
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Calendar, Zoom, Calendly, and Slack
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Some experience using Notion, particularly in managing and creating databases for tracking and documentation
