Receptionist Overnight Shift

• Responsible for answering the phones and greeting visitors
• Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and their families
• Light janitorial work including maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and common spaces, including extended periods of standing, tidying, sweeping, mopping, and other light cleaning tasks in areas such as the dining room and front lobby
• Supporting other departments as needed with miscellaneous tasks or requests
• Professional and positive attitude and appearance
• Ensure work area is clean and presentable at all times
• Has excellent communication skills
• Is detail-oriented and organized
• Has the ability to multi-task in a busy environment
• Willing to learn new things
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with utilizing computers
• Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.

We are in need of a PART time Receptionist for our overnight shift.
