• Analyze pharmacy claims data to identify trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for savings or program improvement
• Generate standard and ad-hoc reports for internal teams, clients, and external partners
• Evaluate rebate guarantees and performance for clients, providing insights into variances and optimization opportunities
• Communicate rebate performance metrics to internal stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate with Account Management and Client Services to address client inquiries and support business reviews

• Bachelor’s degree or proven industry experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant rebate or business experience, preferably with a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Detail‑oriented and decisive individual with a collaborative mindset

• Knowledge of the healthcare or PBM industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry‑related software programs
• Financial and reporting knowledge experience
