• Support the growth of the Temporary Power Solutions business
• Assist in new product development and tactical execution
• Gather market and channel insights to inform strategy
• Increase cross-functional alignment on cabling solutions strategy
• Lead safety initiatives and Kaizens

• Bachelor’s degree;
  Business or Engineering degree preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in product management
• Basic electrical knowledge, including understanding of electrical terms and systems
• Strong collaboration and customer focus skills
• Ability to balance stakeholders and plan effectively

• Experience in the wire and cable industry
• Familiarity with market research methodologies
• Proven ability to drive new business initiatives
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
