Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market share objectives for the Separation product category
  • Identify strategic targets for conversion and growth within distribution, engineering, and contractor segments at a regional level
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key channel partners, representative agencies, and end users
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to align commercial strategy with product development
  • Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and key customer meetings
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 7+ years of sales or business development experience in industrial, commercial plumbing, or water management markets
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a national or regional capacity
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to articulate complex product solutions to diverse audiences
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with sales representative networks and distribution partners
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into action
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% as required to support customer and business needs
