• Partner with senior leadership to address key strategic questions
• Champion special projects for the executive team and the Board of Directors
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate new business opportunities and market expansions
• Maintain a competitive landscape framework to inform pricing and strategic positioning
• Run due diligence processes from term sheet negotiation to deal closure

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategic and highly analytical roles such as management consulting or investment banking
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Proactive and flexible mindset with the ability to identify and address challenges independently

• Experience in strategic finance or equivalent roles
• Familiarity with health and wellness industry trends
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
• Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
