Strategic Sourcing Analyst

• Collaborate with management to identify project teams and Executive Sponsors for sourcing initiatives
• Guide the Project Team through the Strategic Sourcing process, keeping stakeholders informed of progress
• Develop and execute Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiations, and ensure compliance with risk management protocols
• Maintain internal control standards and address any issues raised by audits or regulators

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of proven financial and/or business experience, or a combined minimum of 5 years’ higher education and/or work experience including 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficiency with personal computers, including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database software
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience writing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and negotiating contracts
