• Salary range between $53,521.00 and $96,736.75

• Onboard new and renewal partner contracts by entering and updating details in Salesforce and other related systems
• Configure and maintain contractual tuition benefits in Salesforce for various universities and prospective students
• Coordinate with the Data Governance team to ensure accurate Partner Organizational Account records
• Lead regular tuition benefit audits to maintain data accuracy and confidence
• Analyze and resolve duplicate accounts and hierarchy discrepancies in Salesforce

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in sales operations, partner operations, or data management
• Experience managing partner, customer, or account data across multiple systems
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and audit pricing, discount, or contractual data
• Familiarity with data governance and quality assurance practices

• Collaborative approach with experience partnering across departments such as marketing, finance, and IT
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, including account maintenance and report validation
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
