What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams to identify and prioritize global sales opportunities for the CSS service line
  • Educate Sales and Marketing teams on CSS capabilities and service development
  • Manage sales pipelines and provide updates on revenue targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights
  • Prepare sales proposals and materials to support client engagement efforts
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare or logistics
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and report preparation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including high-quality presentation creation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed environment
  • Familiarity with clinical trial operations, healthcare services, or 3PL operations
  • Customer-service-oriented mindset with a focus on tailored solutions
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
