Surgical Ophthalmology Contracts Analyst – West Coast

Bausch + Lomb – Remote (West Coast US)

Pay range: $70,000 – $75,000.

• Review expired contracts for renewals
• Set up product kits
• Respond to customer contract issues
• Prepare cross references and pricing files
• Assist the Contracts Department with various projects as assigned
• Prepare reports on YOY sales, erosions, and pricing analysis
• Set up new contracts for Docu Sign
• Maintain an organized record of contracts
• Process rebates and run reports as assigned
• Monitor both US and Canada mailboxes

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; extensive relevant experience can be considered in lieu of a degree
• Three or more years of experience in a contract-focused role
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated success in financial analytics
• Knowledge of CPQ contracting tools and/or Peoplesoft and/or Salesforce
• Experience with MS Office Suite
