Part-Time Warehouse & Office Assistant

We are seeking a reliable, detail-focused individual who enjoys working as part of a team to fill a role that blends administrative office support with physical warehouse and shipping operations.

Base pay begins at $18 per hour, with potential for an increase based on your relevant background.

Part-time hours.

• Generate pick tickets and manage the processing of new customer orders.
• Ensure all outgoing shipment logs are documented with precision.
• Help keep inventory levels accurate by updating warehouse records regularly.
• Manage freight logistics and prepare necessary shipping paperwork to ensure timely deliveries.
• Support general warehouse operations, including the physical lifting and transport of bags up to 50 lbs.

• Manage incoming telephone inquiries.
• Handle the distribution and processing of all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Keep company files and documentation systematically organized.
• Procure necessary supplies for both the office and warehouse environments.
• Contribute to a tidy and efficient workplace through light cleaning and organizational efforts.

• Organize and track seed test documentation provided by our growers.
• Ensure company databases remain current and well-maintained.
• Regularly retrieve updated seed test data from the OSU portal on a weekly basis.

• Foundational proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer operations.
• Exceptional organizational habits and a keen eye for detail.
• Consistent punctuality and a proactive desire to acquire new skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities and a helpful, upbeat demeanor.
• Physical capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs to support team productivity.
