• Operate asphalt equipment including screeds, pavers, and rollers with precision.
• Ensure consistent application and compaction of asphalt per project specifications.
• Work closely with crew members to maintain a safe, efficient, and collaborative jobsite.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑operation checks on equipment.
• Communicate effectively with foremen and other team members.
• Contribute to jobsite cleanup and equipment maintenance as needed.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the paving industry, including operation of screeds, pavers, and rollers.
• CDL A is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Positive, safety‑first attitude.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening.

Overtime and weekend work as needed
