Customer Service Representative

What You’ll DoServe as the first point of contact for client inquiries—phone, email, and in person
Provide accurate information regarding insurance products, services, and policy options
Resolve client issues professionally and efficiently
Maintain and update customer records following company standards
Process applications, forms, and service requests accurately and on time
Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and strong client relationships
Remain informed about product updates, coverage changes, and internal processes
3+ years of customer service experience
preferredStrong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Property & Casualty License
