** Looking for a Service Advisor to join our busy, growing shop! We work on all makes and models—from Domestic to European—and pride ourselves on being an A to Z shop with a Commitment to Quality.
What You’ll Do:
• Advise customers on routine maintenance and repair needs
• Help identify mechanical concerns and communicate inspection results
• Write clear and accurate repair orders for technicians
• Schedule service appointments and manage phone calls
• Order and check in parts
• Keep customers updated on repair progress, estimates, and approvals
• Maintain a professional appearance and organized workspace
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous Service Advisor experience a plus
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Computer savvy with excellent phone/customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced shop
• Valid driver’s license required
