A well-established dental practice in Sherwood, OR is looking for a team-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our growing team! We pride ourselves on creating a positive, patient-focused environment where team members feel supported and valued.

We are seeking a positive, authentic, and motivated individual who is excited to provide excellent patient care while contributing to a collaborative and fun team culture. Must be able to work 4 days a week, but we are open 5.

• Competitive wages with two pay options: traditional hourly or production-based pay (30% Net Production, including adjuncts and x-rays)

• Location: Sherwood, OR
• Full-time: 28-38 hours per week.
• Part-time: Flexible options available to support work-life balance.
• PPE, air filtration, and aerosol-reducing units provided.
• Option to be compensated hourly or at 30% of production for increased earning potential and schedule autonomy.

• Associate’s Degree from an ADA-accredited Dental Hygiene Program.
• Active Oregon licensure in good standing.
• CPR Certification.
• Experience is a plus; new grads are welcome!
• Open Dental knowledge is a plus.
