Medical Optometrist with Ownership Opportunity

Location: Tillamook, OR.

Position: Full-time or Part-time Optometrist (with potential for ownership).

Compensation: Competitive salary + production bonuses + buy-in terms.

Tillamook Vision Center is an independent, two‑doctor optometry clinic serving Oregon’s rugged and beautiful north coast. We’re doctor‑owned, medically focused, and community‑rooted. We strive to offer full‑scope care, from ocular disease management to specialty contact lenses and post‑operative care. Our clinic is equipped with the latest diagnostic technology, including OCT, electrodiagnostics, corneal topography, wide‑field retinal imaging, IPL, and dry eye diagnostics, and more.

• Ownership Potential: We are seeking an associate who is interested in buying into the practice and becoming part of its long‑term future. This is an excellent opportunity to build both a professional and financial stake in a multiple OD thriving practice.
• Build Your Niche: Whether you're passionate about medical contact lenses, dry eye, ocular aesthetics, pediatrics, vision therapy, or another specialty area—you’ll have support to build that interest into your patient care. We believe in mentoring, sharing insights, and helping each other grow. There is space here for you to grow your own specialty patient base.
• Medical Optometry Focus: Work at the top of your license, managing medical cases such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye disease, and macular degeneration.

Tillamook Vision Center has been serving patients on the North Oregon coast for more than 30 years. We are a medical optometry clinic in a small town that otherwise would not have access to specialty eye care. We cover all primary eye‑care needs: we manage eye diseases such as glaucoma, diabetes, and macular degeneration; we offer both normal and specialty contact lenses including scleral fits and Ortho‑Keratology;
