Role:
Emergency Department (ED) Physician in a critical access hospital setting.
Responsibilities:Provide emergency medical care, respond to codes on the med/surg floor, and manage patient cases without hospitalist rounding. The role involves working 12-hour shifts, with a typical schedule of 15-18 shifts per month, serving a patient volume of approximately 4,000 annually.
Qualifications & Skills:Medical license and credentials in good standing, ability to handle emergency cases efficiently, and competence in responding to critical situations. Strong organizational skills are preferred for managing shift responsibilities.
