This hospital-based facility provides full scope obstetric and gynecologic services across clinic settings to an adult patient population. The facility operates on-site and maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows to support continuous care delivery. Clinical operations are conducted in accordance with 24-hour in-house call coverage requirements, with support from other CNMs and physicians.

Oregon offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor and cultural experiences suited to varied interests. The state features volcanic rock formations, high desert landscapes, and scenic trails, with notable destinations such as Smith Rock State Park and the Misery Ridge Trail drawing those seeking natural terrain. The High Desert Museum provides cultural programming, while Crater Lake National Park, Multnomah Falls, and Haystack Rock are accessible as part of broader exploration across the state.

Clinicians will provide full scope obstetric and gynecologic coverage through 24-hour in-house call shifts on an on-site basis, with coverage beginning as soon as possible on an ongoing basis. Clinical responsibilities include triage, vaginal deliveries, and first assist duties, with call coverage required as a component of this assignment. All clinical documentation must be completed using the EPIC EMR system. Support staff includes other CNMs and physicians throughout each designated coverage period.
