The ELD Teacher at Table Rock Elementary School will provide targeted instruction in English language development, ensuring that multilingual learners acquire the academic language skills necessary for success. The role involves collaborating with general education teachers to adapt curriculum, differentiate instruction, and integrate language learning strategies across subjects.

• Assess student language proficiency, track progress, and implement evidence‑based interventions.
• Create a welcoming and culturally responsive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families.
• Integrate technology and innovative assessment tools.

• Current Oregon Teaching License with an endorsement in ESOL.
• Strong instructional and pedagogical skills in language acquisition.
• Collaborative team player eager to work with teachers, specialists, and families.
• Passion for adapting curricula to meet evolving student needs.
• Ability to integrate technology and assessment tools.
• Bilingual applicants in Spanish and English encouraged.

• Contract Days: 193/194 days, 8 hrs per day, to begin immediately (through June 12, 2026)
• Salary Range: $46,548–$90,846 per year plus a Master's Stipend of $2,327 (prorated)
• Benefits: 6% PERS retirement employee contribution, tuition reimbursement available, excellent benefits package.
