Location: Myrtle Point

Stefanini Group is looking to add experienced, professional, and personable Windows Senior Engineers to our Hybrid Cloud & Infrastructure cluster within Infrastructure Services Division.

Our new colleagues will participate in on‑call rotation for escalation support of technical issues, supporting the 24x7 production infrastructure environment. This is a fantastic career opportunity for a proactive, highly motivated individual.

Job responsibilities:
  • Lead on projects and operations.
  • Execute complex activities on the projects.
  • Configuration and Automation strategy design.
  • Build observability strategy (monitoring) and follow target KPIs.
  • Deliver trainings internally, in company level or to Stefanini customers.
  • Execute operational activities based on requests, changes and incidents.
  • Support for RCA, problem investigation and changes execution.
  • Write KBA's, Work Instructions.
  • Collaborate and deliver continuous improvement processes.
  • Daily Administration, documentation and operation of physical and virtual server infrastructure environments.
  • Assist in integration and documentation of new applications and technologies.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with new technologies as needed.
Job Requirements:

Technical requirements:

  • 5+ years of practical, hands‑on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Senior Level with the following (Microsoft) Core On‑Premises Technologies
    • Active Directory, Group Policies (AGPM a plus), DNS, DHCP, Certificate Services (PKI), KMS.
    • Active Directory Federation Services, Multifactor Authentication.
    • Windows Failover Clustering, File Services, DFS, Hyper

      V.
    • Microsoft Server 2008 R2 through Server 2019 - OS installation/configuration.
    • 3rd Party Vendor Application implementation and integration.
    • Enterprise Monitoring (SCOM, Solarwinds, or similar technologies).
    • Enterprise Patching, Software, and OS Image Deployment (SCCM or similar technologies).
    • Development and execution of Power Shell scripts for automation of IT tasks and processes; data collection and reporting; data analysis; testing; etc.
    • Basic networking (VLANs, subnetting, HA NIC configuration).
Additional technical skills and experience:
  • Microsoft Identity Management (FIM/MIM) or similar technologies.
  • Enterprise Log Management and Event Analysis.
  • Dell Server Technologies including Blades/Chassis.
  • Application Load Balancers: F5 LTM/GTM (or similar technologies).
  • VMWare (vSphere, NSX, vSAN, VxRail): multi‑site/multi‑datacenter deployments.
  • MS Exchange 2013, 2016, 2019 on‑premises.
  • Microsoft SQL Server (2012 - 2019) implementation and configuration (preferably HA/Always On).
  • Microsoft M365 Tenant (Teams, Tasks, SharePoint, Exchange Online): successfully deployed a hybrid (on-premises/cloud) environment.
  • Advanced Level with Scripting/Coding Languages (Power Shell, Batch, Visual Basic, Visual C#).
  • Compatible certifications:
    • Legacy certifications: MCSA, MCSE.
    • Microsoft Certified:
      Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
    • Vmware Certifications.
    • Identity / Entra

      ID certifications.
Other skills and requirements:
  • Availability for on‑call rotation.
  • Experience leading project teams and mentoring staff.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to handle complex challenges.
  • Deep understanding of service delivery processes and performance metrics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff.
  • Ability to manage relationships with customer representatives, including those from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
