What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for structural, pipe stress, and offshore engineering software
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients in the engineering and construction industry
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions to showcase software features
  • Create and manage a sales pipeline while forecasting revenue in CRM
  • Stay updated on industry trends and attend conferences to generate leads
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Offshore/Civil/Structural Engineering or relevant training and experience
  • Minimum of one year of technical sales experience in the Offshore Structural Industry or related fields
  • Familiarity with Bentley products, specifically STAAD, RAM, AutoPIPE, ADINA, or SACS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate activities effectively

  • Experience in Inside Sales, Financial Operations, or Customer Service within a software company
  • Positive attitude with strong attention to detail and resourcefulness
  • Ability to discuss product values and differentiators effectively
