• Implement and maintain standard procedures for cost information requirements from contractors and suppliers
• Perform cost engineering functions including estimating, cost control, and budget preparation
• Convert the project’s approved estimate into a control budget for cost management
• Prepare and present project cost and schedule summary reports for upper management
• Monitor project risks and implement necessary mitigation strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or certification as Project Controls Manager or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in project controls management required; 5-10 years preferred
• Experience with accounting software like Yardi and Anaplan strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Experience in a data center environment
• Familiarity with earned value management techniques
• Ability to develop initial project forecasts and cash flow analysis
• Previous experience with change order management and payment application review
• Knowledge of project risk management strategies
