Job Description

The Senior Automation Engineer identifies and implements solutions (hardware and software) for improvement of the high-quality automation infrastructure. The Senior Automation Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Automation Engineer designs, programs, simulates, and tests automated processes, and is responsible for detailed design specifications and other documents. Begins to influence department s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and developing data architecture frameworks that facilitate privacy-focused automation across internal platforms.
  • Integrating automation technologies into both existing and custom-built privacy applications.
  • Conducting comprehensive system assessments and recommending scalable architectural enhancements.
  • Implementing automated solutions to improve data handling, consent management, and compliance workflows.
  • Delivering knowledge transfer and training sessions to internal teams to sustain privacy and automation initiatives.
  • Evaluating current systems and advising on data flow enhancements and automated controls to strengthen compliance monitoring and minimize manual processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in technical architecture
  • At least 2 years of project leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Documented experience in data architecture, privacy engineering, and automation technologies
  • Experience designing and implementing automated workflows and data integration pipelines
  • Proficiency with modern data architecture tools and cloud platforms
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to effectively engage cross-functional stakeholders
