Lead Project Controls Specialist - Construction Management

• Oversee cost estimating functions, including independent cost estimates and contractor style estimates
• Implement and monitor client cost control processes for construction contracts
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities with project schedules
• Track all project/program funding sources and prepare monthly financial analyses
• Provide regular briefings to project managers on financials, schedule status, and project concerns

• Minimum of ten years of related experience and/or training
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated experience in building client relationships
• Knowledge of Technology Industry Standards
• Ability to build positive relationships with a positive attitude

• Experience with Strategic Sourcing, Opportunity/Spend Analyses, and Contract Negotiations
• Competency in scheduling, organization, construction, procurement, and estimating
