• Supervise Field Service Engineers in work assignments, expense control, and customer satisfaction
• Manage territory profitability and productivity while ensuring balanced workloads for Field Service Engineers
• Direct and develop Field Service Engineers to enhance their job performance and customer satisfaction
• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Conduct employee evaluations, manage schedules, and oversee training and hiring of new staff as needed

• BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in field service of Electronics, Fine Mechanics, Electro‑mechanical, Data Networks, Optics, or Medical Field Service
• Two (2) years of experience in the eye care industry preferred
• Strong business acumen and broad technical knowledge of CZMI instrumentation
• Supervisory or managerial experience preferred

• CCOA certification preferred
• Thorough understanding of ophthalmic anatomy and diseases of the eye
• Unique technical knowledge applicable to one or more product lines
